Day to day responsibilities include problem solving, supporting PRHPS clients on operational and financial concerns, and supporting the PRHPS Client Support team with administrative tasks and projects: * Pulling, reviewing, and distributing reporting * Assisting with setting up meetings * Working with internal departments to execute tasks * Inventory, warehousing, freight, fulfillment and returns questions * eBook processes * General service-related questions including contractual issues and concerns * Sales transaction issues * Statement reviews * Systems support and ad hoc training Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of related book experience.
