Sales Assistant, National Account Manager

Specific responsibilities include:

This position will offer administrative support to three team members:

National Account Manager, Title Manager, and Sales Director.

• Provide general administrative support (i.e. managing of conference room needs, scheduling meetings, printing material, maintaining a regular calendar of upcoming sales meetings and key account office visits, etc.)

• Produce and coordinate the delivery of assets for sales calls, customer presentations, meetings, and trade shows.

• Create, maintain, and update weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and data analyzing tools.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competitor, consumer, and industry trends.

• Liaise with US Marketing & Publicity, Managing Editorial, and other internal groups to maximize sales efforts and efficiencies.

• Attend key account meetings and industry trade shows as needed.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements (education, experience, skills, knowledge, physical abilities):

• Minimum of 1 year prior office experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent follow-up skills

• Highly organized with the ability to successfully multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

The salary for this position is $40,000.
